Abraham (he/him), a San Francisco native, is deeply passionate about the communities he works with. His unwavering commitment to community-driven engagement guides his work. Abraham’s energy and curiosity have led him to deliver engagement and thoughtful messaging for transit agencies, food banks, resilience programs, school districts, and parks throughout the Bay Area. In his previous role at En2action, Abraham collaborated with the San Francisco Marin Food Bank and six Marin-based non-profits to identify strategies to increase CalFresh participation in Marin. His leadership in bringing this group together was instrumental in developing a 2-year road map to further funding of the program.
At Civic Edge, Abraham continues to lead teams, emphasizing community partnerships with a focus on maximizing impact. This is evident in the neighborhood-specific engagement he’s facilitated for the San Francisco County Transportation Authority (SFCTA), San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD), San Francisco’s Department of the Environment, and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA).
When he’s not working, you can catch Abraham doing what he loves most: cooking a Spanish or Mexican dish with his partner’s family and his two cats or exploring counties surrounding the Bay Area.
